Bookings can be made via WhatsApp, phone, or in person at our Al Badayer camp. A booking is confirmed once availability and payment details have been agreed with our team.
We accept cash (AED), credit/debit cards, and online bank transfer. Payment can be made in advance or on arrival, as agreed at the time of booking.
Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the tour time are charged in full.
Drivers must be at least 16 years old. Pregnant women are not permitted to ride. Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during any tour. Guests must follow all instructions given by our guides and wear the safety gear provided at all times.
Dune buggy, quad bike and desert safari activities carry inherent risk. Guests participate at their own risk and must follow all safety briefings and instructions provided by Can-Am Buggy Dubai staff.
